We’re happy to accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Just reach out to us at hello@lomebeautystudio.com to start the process.
Once your return is approved and the products are received, we’ll issue a refund. Please note that any taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards and cash for in-studio purchases.
Orders & Shipping

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-5 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday. Please be aware that shipping times may be extended during holidays, holiday weekends, or due to inclement weather.

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes, including shipping address updates. If you spot any issues after receiving your order, just reach out to us at hello@lomebeautystudio.com, and we’ll help you with a return or another solution.

We provide two USPS shipping options: Standard (1-3 days) or 2-Day Express for those who need it faster. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your package ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info. If you don’t receive it (check spam/junk folders), please email us for help. Tracking updates can take up to 8 hours. If your package shows as delivered but can’t be found, contact us immediately. Note that missing orders reported 14 days after delivery cannot be replaced or refunded.

Snap a photo, describe the issue, and email us within 2 weeks of delivery. We’ll take it from there!

If you received the wrong items, email us with your order number right away. We’ll fix it and get you the right products right away!

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $250 after discounts! For orders under $250, we offer USPS Ground for $10.15 or USPS 2-Day Priority for $31.20.

Ordering Dermaviduals Skin Care

As a prescriptive range, Dermaviduals is not available for direct online purchase. For product inquiries, please email us at hello@lomebeautystudio.com with your skin concerns and the product you're interested in. A consultation and skin analysis are required for custom blends. Existing clients can easily reorder via email and online between appointments.

Absolutely! You can grab an E-Gift certificate [here]. These digital gift cards are perfect for online or in-store shopping, whether you’re treating yourself to a service or picking up some products. You can send it to yourself, share it with someone special along with a personalized message, or even print it out. Just a heads-up—we don’t have physical gift cards available at the moment.
