    • Validity: All packages are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

    • Grace Period Refund Policy:

      • If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a package and it is wholly unused, you are eligible for a full refund. After this 7-day grace period, all package sales are final and non-refundable.

      • Full refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days. If the package is partially used within the 7-day grace period, a partial refund will be issued within thirty (30) days, after deducting the regular ala carte price of the service(s) already consumed.

      • We do not provide any refunds after the expiry of the 7-day grace period.

    • Deposit & Cancellation Policy: The Non-refundable Deposit Policy is waived for package treatments. However, the Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy still applies to booked package treatments, with a fee of $15.
