Currently, we only offer digital gift certificates. These certificates are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Please note, all gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 6 months from the date of purchase, regardless of the expiration date listed.

    • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.

    • Gift certificates can only be redeemed at the Lomé Beauty Studio location.

    • Gift Certificate are valid for 1 year to purchase services and treatments. From the date of purchase Gift Certificates are valid up to the New York State’s minimum expiration date imposed by Law for online and in-studio product purchases.

    • Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates.

    • Occasionally we do put gift certificates on special. We honor the special price for the life of the certificate if it is purchased during the promotion.

    • There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.

    • If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 24 hour window, you will forfeit your gift card. Please see ourCancellation Policyfor more details.

    • Expired gift certificates cannot be refunded or cannot be used to book an appointment.

    • Gift Certificates follow the New York State Department of State’s Division of Consumer Protection (DCP) Laws.
