At Lomé Beauty Studios, we strive to provide the highest quality of personalized care and attention to each client. To ensure that we can maintain our commitment to excellence and manage our schedule effectively, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service charge, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. The deposit policy helps us minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring that our time and resources are used efficiently.
Please note:
The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. However, if you subsequently cancel or fail to show up for the rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
For package appointments, the deposit requirement is waived, but changes made within 24 hours will incur a $15 fee.
