Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are made by appointment only and can be made online here or emailing hello@lomebeautystudio.com

    We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available.

  • If it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can cancel or adjust your appointment within your booking confirmation email. Follow that link to make any changes you wish to make. You may also notify us by email at hello@lomebeautystudio.com.

  • Each booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure an appointment. Booking deposits are waived for Package treatments.

  • Your card is needed to reserve your appointment with a non-refundable $50 deposit. This helps guarantee your appointment and helps protect our time and business. It is also kept on file in case of no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Accepting most major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash.

  • A valid credit card and non-refundable $75 deposit is required to book an appointment even if you are paying the remainder with cash. The $75 deposit will go towards your treatment. Cash is accepted at checkout.

  • All payments made after your treatment is complete are final. Any retail product that’s unopened, unused and in good condition can be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) with a full refund. Click here to read our full Refund Policy.

Studio Etiquette

  • We advise arriving 10 mins prior to your appointment to give you enough time to relax before your treatment.

    Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.

  • What is the minimum age requirement for treatments?

    Minors (all clients between 13-17 years old) can only receive treatments with written parental/legal guardian consent. Minors have to sign the new client form, treatment form and consent form with a parent present and should also be accompanied by an adult during their treatment.

  • Wear comfy clothes for all treatments. For Lash and Brow treatments it’s recommended to bring an umbrella in case of rain to avoid getting them wet.

  • We kindly ask that you come to your appointments with a fresh clean face so you can get the full experience.

  • Wear what you feel most comfortable in. We advise wearing something you can easily change in and out of for the option to wear a robe and slippers during your treatment.

  • We kindly ask that conversations be kept extremely low volume once arriving on the 7th floor to respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We also ask to remember to turn your cell phone on silent to avoid interrupting your treatment. You may use your cell phone to listen to music or podcasts with earphones.

Studio Special Offers

  • Yes we do! We offer a referral discount: For every new referral, each party gets $25 off their Lash and Brow Lift treatment.

    We also offer a loyalty program discount! Every 5th Lash, Brow or Combo Lift appointment gets $50 off. Loyalty cards can be collected in-studio and must be presented/stamped to be eligible.

  • We currently offer digital gift certificates that can be purchased online here.

  • We offer packages for different treatments which can be selected and purchased here.

Health & Safety

  • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. After every session, each counter and bed is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized. We swap all bedding between each service with freshly cleaned linens. Your treatment will be private and offering a refreshment.

    Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your experience when making your booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers carrying infectious diseases, skin conditions or influenza.

  • It isn’t mandatory to wear a mask but you are free to choose to wear one or not.

Location & Hours

  • We are open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm except for: Thanksgiving Day, Xmas Day and New Year's Day.

  • You can find the studio located on the 7th floor within the William Vale Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. On the corner of North 12th Street and Wythe Avenue.

Other Inquiries

  • Lomé Beauty Studio operates separately from the hotel so we’re unable to make this arrangement. For the moment we ask that bookings be made directly on our booking site here.

  • Yes! You may purchase them here or in-studio.

  • Definitely! We have seating in the studio if they would like to be close by or in the waiting area.

  • We adore furry animals but unfortunately we can’t have them in the building or studio.

  • Outside food and drinks aren’t permitted at Lomé Beauty Studio. A beverage and treats are provided during your treatment.

  • We encourage sharing your experience on social media - make sure to ask us first and to tag us on Instagram and TikTok!
    Filming or photography is not allowed in the studio, reception area or anywhere on the 7th floor without approval and signing a waiver in advance.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the studio and building is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to people who are intoxicated or who may carry a very strong smoke odor for the safety of our guests.

  • Please note rates are inclusive of consumption tax and subject to change without prior notice.

  • A tray for safekeeping of valuables is provided in the treatment room but we recommend that no jewelry is worn at the Studio. The studio will not be held responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Studio premises.
