REFUND POLICY

  • Services & Treatments: Unfortunately, for studio services & treatments we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes studio packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the studio for free consultation.

  • Packages: All packages are non-refundable after the 1 week grace period. You may be able to exchange your package for another service package of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of first booked appointment. Partial refunds cannot be granted at anytime after the 1 week grace period.

    • Validity: All packages are valid up to 6 months after purchase. Expired and unused packages cannot be refunded at any time.

    • 1 week Grace Period Refund Policy for Packages:

      • If you request a refund within 7 days (1 week) of purchasing a package and it is wholly unused, you are eligible for a full refund. After this 7-day (1 week) grace period, all package sales are final and non-refundable.

      • Full refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days. If the package is partially used within the 7-day (1 week) grace period, a partial refund will be issued within thirty (30) days, after deducting the regular ala carte price of the service(s) already consumed.

      • We do not provide any refunds after the expiry of the 7-day (1 week) grace period.

  • Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offer items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

  • Gift cards & Gift Certificates: Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange on Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    • Some services booked with a Gift Certificate can be exchanged for other services only of equal amount if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment.

    • There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.

    • Gift Certificate are valid for 1 year to purchase services and treatments. From the date of purchase Gift Certificates are valid up to the New York State’s minimum expiration date imposed by Law for online and in-studio product purchases.

    • Gift certificates are required to book an appointment before it expires. Expired gift certificate cannot be refunded or cannot be used to book appointment. Gift Certificates follow the New York State Department of State’s Division of Consumer Protection (DCP) Laws.

  • Products (online & In-Studio orders): Unused and unopened products in its original packaging can be requested for refund within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase.

    • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase from the spa. Request for refund can be made by contacting us at hello@lomebeautystudio.com.

    • Upon review of refund request we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or the credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show and same day cancellation appointments lose their non-refundable deposits in addition to their cancellation fee of $25 (or a $15 cancellation fee if it’s a package treatment appointment).
