To help us serve all our clients effectively, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else and keep things running smoothly.

We appreciate your understanding that last-minute changes can make it difficult to fill the appointment slot, affecting both our business and other clients waiting for an opening. To ensure that we can continue to provide personalized care and attention to all our clients, we have established a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your non-refundable $50 deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $25 cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your non-refundable $50 deposit will be forfeited, and a $25 no-show fee will be applied.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time. However, if you cancel or miss the rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Package Appointments: For package appointments, the deposit requirement is waived, but changes made within 24 hours will incur a $15 fee.

  • Confirmation by email:

    An appointment confirmation message is sent to your email. Appointments are considered confirmed at the time of booking and are only considered cancelled upon notice from you.  

  • Reminders by text and email:

    You will receive three reminders before your appointment: the first 72 hours in advance, the second 24 hours prior, and the final reminder 3 hours before your scheduled time.
